I really wanted to see Spectro again; but our schedule never quite worked out for us to be at MK in time for it this trip. So thanks for the Great Spectro pictures!
And I'm so glad that I ate dinner before sitting down. Your GF meal had me salivating!! Glad you made it there in time!
You're welcome! It rarely works out for me to be able to catch a parade, mostly because my gang doesn't like them, so I was glad to have a opportunity to see it this time!
The GF Cafe meal was one of my favorites from the week!
Isn't Spectro wonderful?

I absolutely love Wishes, but I think Spectro is my favorite nighttime event at WDW. You took beautiful pictures-- especially of the train station! I can't believe you were able to get a seat that close to show time!!
Spectro was wonderful! I still think I like Wishes better, but I was so glad to finally see Spectro! I was amazed at the seat we got as well, Main Street was two or three rows deep, but over in Town Square there were seats to be had, go figure!
I know what you are saying about dinner reservations.....it seems that I am always running a bit late after going back to the resort to change etc for the night

I still don't want to drive though

but a cab is not out of the question

Your dinner looked as delicious as you described....the fondue plate looked like a lot! Disappointing on the dark chocolate....the quality of the chocolate can make all the difference....they should get some from Ghiradelli at DTD

I

Spectro....but would really, really, really like to see MSEP this summer....I am hoping that they will extend it for me until the end of October
Tracy
I hear ya Tracy, I don't think I'd want to drive either! That's one of the things that I love about a Disney vacation - we can leave the car at home, but I will be taking a cab from now on when heading to a resort for dinner!
Mmmmmm, Ghiradelli, now that would have made the dessert great! I love dark chocolate, so I was really excited when I saw that option on the menu, and was a bit bummed when it wasn't dark chocolate at all. It was still good though - I ate it all anyway - can you say oink???
I think they will extend the MSEP, it seems a waste to spend all that money to ship the parade out from California just for two months
Luckly we didn't get near the rain as OK yesterday. The rain from the flood in central AR went northeast of NWA. We got nothing.
I have high hopes for no oil..... I watch updates everyday and it changes everyday. We spent a little more on our condo this year to get a place with a lazy river and water slide on the beach side. I'll rant a little about the oil. My cousin is a supervisor for an oil company in Louisiana, he said from what he knows is they should go in with dynamite and blow the well up. However, this is where BP is greedy, if the well is blown up they loose rites to drill there again.

I'm done with my PSA. Sorry for hijacking your TR!
Your pork chop looked dilish from the GF Cafe.
No apologies necessary! Geez, if that is really all that needs to be done to stop that flow of oil into the gulf, I'm horrified that they haven't done it! It's a shame what people will allow for money
Glad you escaped the downpours!
Your afternoon at the pool sounded perfect!
The grand circle tour....

Too funny!
Both of your dinners looked fantastic!
Glad you enjoyed Spectro.......it is such a wonderful parade! I'm sad to be missing it this summer, but I'm looking forward to the Main Street Electrical Parade!!!
We were so hot when we left Epcot, the pool was a necessity!
It was a different kind of grand circle tour to be sure.....
I did enjoy Spectro, but I'd love to be able to see the MSEP this summer too - it's not going to happen though. Are you going to do a TR? You take such fabulous pictures, I'd love to see them and read about your trip!
