I just purchased a beautiful basket with flowers for my parents anniversary on 4/28 from 1800flowers.com. I've never sent my parents flowers before for their anniversary and/or birthdays but I'm running out of ideas.
My parents will be 74 this year . . .my dad's b-day is on their anniversary so it makes it pretty tough on what to get. You can't buy them clothing, restaurant g.c., etc because that's always what they get and I'm pretty sure they are sick and tired of it. And the clothing, well let's just say dad still has clothes with tags on them.
or it'll be the wrong color, size or style . . .(dad is very hard to please).
So I am sending them a beautiful basket with flowers instead this year. And I can already hear my sisters and brother . . .blah blah blah . . .they always get clothing and my oldest sister buys really weird things . . .like the one year she bought dad the singing fish.
Dad just got an old computer and I'm buying him Wheel of Fortune for it for his b-day . . .hopefully I made the right purchases . . .
Anyone else have problems buying for their parents or am I the only one?
