We've had the pool 3 or 4 years and still haven't planted or done anything around the pool.:sad2:

I didn't know you guys had a pool. We mostly just planted some foutain grass at the back part of the pond and some other smaller grass around the sides.

It's just an above ground pool.
Our properties are big enough for inground pools nor is it the neighborhood for it. The upper class areas of Long Island may have those.

One week of drinking in Lake George and my kids are teasing that I'm not drinking every night here.

I don't have any drinking buddies here. Pratically everyone I know doesn't drink at all. :confused3

That is all we had in our backyard. DH wants and inground but I like the fact that you can just take it down and be done with it.

We had probelms with the last one the sides were rusting thru. Nowe he wants another one.

Him and DD used it all the time.

Why can't we live closer? :sad2: We can't live in the same neighborhood as Anita & Jenna, they'll have the liquor stores to themselves. ;)

I know in another 5 years the kids won't be using the pool much at all.
By then it may rust or wear away.
We replaced the liner this year. During the winter lost all the water with a seam problem.

That is what DH thought he was going to do was replace the liner than he saw the walls were all rusted. Not sure how that happened.

I know it would be so much fun if we all lived a little bit closer.

What happen with the a/c repairs? Is it still expensive

All manly men stand outside in the rain :rotfl:

Did you guys play cards or anything, or just chit chat ?

There was this one women who kept carrying on withlectures and long stories.
I zoned her out after awhile :rotfl:
There was a lady from Katy, Texas I kept trying to switch the subject talking to her. But the other one was going on and on.

I kept on thinking no wonder her husband divorced her. :rotfl:
