Flower & Garden Playgrounds

We are headed down for an impromptu trip to see F&G. We will have our children who are 4 & 8. I know WS and the booths don't open until 11am, but wondering about the playgrounds (cars and music one)...since they aren't technically in WS, do they open @ 9? Just curious, so I'll know how to plan. Thanks to anyone who may know!

Yes they do! That's when our DD played on them (we were there on opening day), and they weren't too crowded.
