I don’t believe dates have been announced yet. I did a search on the WDW website and MDE but could not find dates.

Isn’t it generally about 2 weeks after festival of arts is over?

They were announced last year on December 15, and I don't recall them waiting beyond this week any years in the past. We have attended annually for many years so i am also waiting on this.
