Flower and Garden- what are the "Must Sees"?

My DW has always wanted to go to Flower and Garden at EPCOT, but the timing has never worked out. She is a flower nut! We're heading to Daytona to celebrate our anniversary (minus the kids... Woohoo!) she doesn't know it yet, but we're going to take a day trip to check it out. I've done my research on the topiaries, floating flowers, etc. The food stops aren't important for us.
I'm looking for some good tips and can't misses.
We go May 4, so in honor of that, I say, "Help me DISboards, you're my only hope."

My favorite parts of the festival are the Greenhouse stage and celebrity presenters. At the Greenhouse stage, they have gardening experts doing 45-60min talks and demonstrations. You also get to do some type of gardening activity that you get to take with you (at least this was true every time I've gone - please correct if wrong). You also get a free reusable bag with the festival logo. These happen at 11am and 2pm. For some of these, people start lining up early, but unless it is super popular you shouldn't have much trouble if you get there 15-20 min before start time.

As for celebrities, on May 4th, Chip Wade, from Elbow Room and Curb Appeal, will be presenting at 12 and 3.

Even if you don't want to do these, I'd still recommend visiting the festival center for merchandise and air conditioning.
