Flower and Garden - Use Snack or Quick-Service Credits?

Does the 'three snack credits is considered one quick-service credit' rule apply to Flower and Garden booths? I'm pretty sure that if the rule does apply, they all have to be used at the same booth? I hear a lot about people enjoying items from all different booths. What is the best strategy for this when on the dining plan (one table-service and one quick-service)? Use a quick-service meal at one booth? Use a whole bunch of snack credits during time spent in Epcot? I'm really open to whatever, I just want to get a feel for how most people approach this. We are planning on use the snack credits like normal. We get two per day, and we are at EPCOT two days on our next trip. So that theoretically allows for 4 snacks at the booths. However, no one says you can only use 2 per day. At the same time, I may want to use a credit for breakfast every morning at our resort, so I may only use 1 snack credit per day at the actual parks. But to touch back on what you asked about, we do plan to use our credits to enjoy food from the booths, but have no plans to do anything with QS at them.
