Flower and Garden Festival Booth Requests

So, we’re super excited to be going to the Epcot Flower and Garden Festival this year. This is our first festival, and I have a question about the food booths. Does anyone know if they will make small accommodations at the booths? We have a few dietary needs, but nothing that would require major changes (like no bacon crumbles on the scallops at the Northern Bloom booth and no fondue on the Beef Brisket Hash from The Smokehouse). Has anyone ever made small requests like these at the booths?

Many of the items are put together when ordered, so if there is something that you don't want added, that can probably be accommodated.

They'll gladly leave anything off that can be left off. Sauces, crumbles, sides, so on. I've never needed to, but I've seen it done many times. Those two requests in particular would be no problem. You may have to wait a few more minutes (no more then ten at the most) as they cook something from scratch for you, depending on how the item is plated.

I saw people modifying without difficulty. Ask at the podium where you order/pay, then follow up with the CM doing the food prep/serving. You're right there in front of them while they put your food together.

Thanks everyone! It's good to know that these things can be left off, and I'm sure those in my party who need modifications will be happy to wait. And it's nice that we'll get to see the food being prepped!
