I just booked on the 10-16 Eastern and will be traveling with my 3 1/2 year old and my 11 month old. We got the late seating (I am not sure what would be better) but I really need the nursery for the baby because he needs to be sleeping by 8:00 will I be able to book it for every night? I know they say limited availability but has anyone had any problems booking for a much time as they wanted?

I was on the 10/17 cruise last year. My son was 3 1/2 and my daughter 8 months. After making Palo ressies I headed to the flounders line( I think I was 3rd). When I entered flounders I was given a form to fill out. On the form I was asked to write down which times I wanted for each day. I also needed to place a star next to my top 3 choices.

I can't remember exactly how I found out if my request would be honored....but I do know that I had to wait until later. They didn't tell me at flounders. I think I requested times for 5 out of the 7 days....all were granted :) Each day I needed to decide by 3-4 hours prior whether I wanted to cancel(I did cancel 2 of the days). I never tried making an appt. last minute so I don't know if it would be hard to get an appt. that way. Hope this info helps :)

PS. We had the main seating and I felt that the later seating would have been much too late for the kids. If your baby eats finger food by himself you may want to try for the early seating. We were waitlisted and found out that we got Early when we checked in. Here is a pic of both the kids eating kids meals(even the 8 month old).
