Flo's V8 Cafe breakfast hours

I found a site that says Flo's serves breakfast until 11am. I'm going in late April and DCA doesn't open until 10am. Do they really serve breakfast for an hour? Or is breakfast not available during the slower periods when DCA opens later? I'm trying to schedule out my dining for our 2-day trip. Thanks!
