Does anyone have any info or reviews on Floridays? We're looking to go the last week of August and they have a really good price for a Mon-Fri stay. We have only stayed offsite once at Wyndham Bonnet Creek (which we looooove) but we kinda want to try somewhere new. Bonnet Creek is only about $200 more, so it is still an option, we just want to know more about Floridays.

Thanks! :goodvibes

We haven't stayed at Floridays but have stayed in the one next door. It's not a bad drive to WDW but there are a number of other options closer. Floridays is right near that outlet mall, about halfway between WDW and SeaWorld, so great if you're doing both. Doesn't have the lazy rivers or highly themed pools like Bonnet Creek but has some nice pools and a kids water play area and stuff.

From what I've heard the units are similar to the regular 2BRs at Bonnet Creek.

We stayed there in October and LOVED it!! We usually stay onsite but we had 7 people this time so we got the 3 bedroom unit. Room was very clean, front desk called as soon as we got to the room to make sure we were happy, never seemed busy to me but we knew people were there because parking always had cars in it. They have 2 pools and the kids enjoyed both. They have a cafe and a small store. There is a supermarket right next door if you want to pick up things for breakfast or snacks. We did Disney and universal which was only about a 15 minute ride to the parks. Anything else you need to know???

Everything said here!

It is definitely a great offsite. Plus the service is fantastic.

We've stayed at Floridays 4 times over the last few years. Since we come from Los Angeles and usually don't arrive until early evening, we stay at Floridays for the first 1-2 nights before checking in at our WDW resort just to acclimate to the time change and so we don't have to worry about 'wasting' a night at WDW.

It's a nice place - very new, generally quiet. The rooms are spacious (we have stayed in 1 and 2 bedroom suites), large bathrooms, fully stocked kitchen and fridge. The staff are very friendly. When you check in they will make you aware of their timeshare sales presentations but they're never pushy about it. The buildings are a bit spread out all over the place so you may end up with a room that's a bit of a walk to the main lobby and pool. Like others have mentioned it's really close to the outlet mall and there's a grocery store and a Benihana next door.

Additionally, you can get some really good deals if you're lucky and look hard enough. I've gotten great deals ($115/night for a 2 bedroom suite) online from Expedia and GTA Hotels (now DHR). Also, if you call up the manager at Floridays with a price you found online they'll match it.
