My family stayed there May, 2012, and we loved it. It's a great place for being a "non-Disney" hotel (which we love). Love the full kitchen, the separate bedrooms, pull-out couch, huge bath tub.
Close to SW (2 miles down the same road). Very easy 5 min drive to MK. Less than 1 block to supermarket (great to pack food for parks - save some $).
Pool is very nice, kids loved it.
Try to stay in a building closer to main pool.
Splurged a little and stayed at BC Sept 2013 (only because of the free dining plan), and going to stay at POR this Sept... but only because we're only doing Disney. If you want the convenience of your own rental car, and want to go to SW or US, this is a great place to stay.
