Has anyone recently rented one of the condos off of this site? If so, may I ask which one you rented and your experience? I'm trying to convince my family that this would be a much cheaper and nicer option to staying in a normal hotel but they keep coming up with reasons against it (will probably be too noisy, not really as nice as the pictures, etc, etc).

Haven't rented with them but have read lots of reviews for them on here and they get consistently good reviews. And believe me Windsor Hills is nicer than any hotel you'd get for double the price.

We stayed in Goofy's Getaway (a 3 BR townhouse) through FloridaSunVacationHomes and it was amazing. Just as it looks in the pictures, an easy walk to the resort pool, and overall perfect. Price was great, and the townhouse was even better. I would highly recommend them!

We stayed in Lightin McQueen's pad, but we rented directly from the owner. Everything went just fine, and we enjoyed the condo.

Stayed at Nemo's Nook, booked thru owner, management company is great and the townhouse was exactly as pictured. We loved it and now only want to rent from owners who use Florida Sun.
