Florida Vacation Villas Club I?

Sorry to post if there is already a thread about this resort, but since the upgrade I can't find the search key.

I'm trying to find any information pro/con for the Florida Vacation Villas Club I? It's located on N. Poinciana Blvd., and I'm trying to find out if any DISer has stayed or knew anything about the resort.

We own our timeshare there. It is smaller and older but in good condition. The resort staff is friendly. The units are located on both sides of Poinciana. If you can try to stay in the side with the registration desk since it has the game room, basketball courts, and playground. Both areas have a swimming pool, laundry and gas grill. On Friday's, there is a noon lunch that is either free or really inexpensive. I am pretty sure all units have a patio or balcony.

We will be there the from April 4 - 12. Let me know if you have any other questions.
