Florida Turnpike to Clarion Inn LBV?

I have driven to Pop Century twice without much of a problem. I am staying one night at Clarion Inn LBV before checking in at POP. Do I still take the Florida turnpike from I-75 ? I will be coming from Gainsville/Lake City. Do I need to avoid the Western Bypass and follow signs for Tamps via I-4 and exit off of I-4 for LBV? I am so confused and my companions won't have any clue they leave the driving to me.
