Florida tax for dining and does the DDP include tax?

I know I've seen this somewhere, but I can't find it now. What is the percentage of tax in FL restaurants? I know the 2008 DDP won't include the tip, but does it include the tax? I'm obsessively trying to figure out dining plans and see if the DDP is really a deal for us, a "break-even" plan, or not worth it.

It includes tax. I think the tax is 6.75% but don't quote me on that
