Is this a reputable site for Windsor Hills?

I was a little scared off of private owner, when a few threads talked about owners in foreclosure but still booking.

Would I have the same issues with this site?

They are the management company we had during our stay in Windsor Hills, and we found them to be very professional and helpful.

They have been recommended on these boards along with All Star Vacation Homes. I really don't know about any other management companies.

Regarding a home going into foreclosure, I believe the management company would be responsible for getting you into another home. They also have the inventory to be able to do that.

We had friends that rented from Florida Sun during Easter break last year. The home they had rented had been damaged by the previous renters (carpets were damaged and in the process of getting cleaned). Florida Sun had them in a different (newer and larger) home in Windsor Hills when they arrived.

If you have concerns about what would happen if the home you rented went into foreclosure, I would call them and speak with them. As I stated earlier, we found them very pleasant and professional.

We stayed in a Florida Sun condo. Although, we rented privately from the owner since his rates were less than if you booked through his management co. Everything was fine!
