If we decide to store our popup in the Orlando area between trips, what do we need to do different as far as preaparations? We would winterize with RV antifreeze and take out all food, etc. like we always do. Do we need to do anything special for termites, fire ants, hurricanes?

We have stored every year for four or five years at some time during winter and have never winterized. No problems. Chance of a hard freeze is very minimal.

We live in Florida where it gets really humid. We put a few damp rid containers in our camper when it will be sitting a while, to keep it from getting musty

We store year-round and don't do any winterizing. The only thing my DH does is put screen over all the holes/outlets that the camper has to prevent any kind of nest building by wasps/bees (he is terrified of them). We've never had a problem and we've stored in FL for 3 years now.
