Florida Single Day Pass

My sister will be joining us for a day this December (Dec 11th) while we are at the Animal Kingdom. She is a Florida Resident and she is on our DVC room reservation.

1. Is there a discounted Florida Resident single day pass for the Animal Kingdom?

2. If so can I buy her this ticket without her knowing?

3. I am assuming if the answer is yes to both questions #1 and #2, I can link it to her name and her magic band and book her fastpasses when we book ours.

There's no discount on a 1-day, 1-park ticket for Florida residents.

You're welcome to purchase her a non-discounted 1-day 1-park ticket and link it to MDX and book FP+ reservations for her.

While no discounts are available for one-day tickets, she can purchase a FL Resident 3-Day ticket (a little over $200 with tax) and use the other two days within six months of her visit. You can buy the ticket online, link it to MDE to make her FP+s, then just have her show her valid FL photo ID at Guest Relations outside of the park to have her ticket activated.

Are you annual passholders also? There is currently a promotion (but not sure it would be around for dec 11th) where ap can purchase a 1 day park hopper for $79 for up to 4 guests. Catch22 is you must do it in person at the ticket booth and it's only valid that day so it kind of screws up fastpass+ pre-planning.
