My DD7 didn't have to show ID, and I doubt Universal requires any minors to. And I'm glad they require proof of residency of the adults--aren't you?

They have been known to ask for high school id for older kids or the Drivers Lic. of the parents of the minor getting a pass...

You can go to the DMV and get a State of Florida ID card. We did this when I travelled with my nephew so we wouldn't have trouble getting his Florida Resident Seasonal Pass. Here's some more info: http://www.gathergoget.com/

And Yes, they can ask for ID. This happened when my Nephew was like 10 years old.

Most high schoolers in the Orlando area get photo ID cards from the school and are required to have them on their person at all times. Perhaps they already have a school issued phpto ID. I doubt it would be a big deal if the teens had to show some sort of photo ID but it probably won't be necessary.

I didnt know it was so easy to get florida resident rates...

Guess I need to find 'an adult' to buy my kids passes!

:goodvibes

They always asked my parents if I had any form of ID but never enforced that I have it. I always had my school ID card on me though because I thought I was so "cool" to be 9 or 10 and have an ID. :rotfl2: Oh the days.

Maybe you need to read all the posts before you make an inappropriate response. The kids live in Florida as do my parents. So your sarcasm is unwarranted

I have read just about ALL of your 324 posts and I stand by my response that I had no idea it was so easy to get Florida resident rates for children

:confused3

You asked me to read all the posts so I did. :flower3:

And I have not made one single comment about your actions/family situation.

You said Universal told you all kids need is an Adult... I found that surprising... :upsidedow

Anything beyond that, is you reading things into it.... Why? I dont know. :confused3

There is no need for name calling or rude comments.

I think this thread has run it's course and will be closed.
