Florida Resident Ticket Question

We bought the 4 day Florida resident ticket deal that was going on a few months ago, and now our planned trip is getting close! We got a green card in the mail instead of actual tickets that says we have to exchange it at a ticket window at the park to get our real tickets, presumably because we'll have to prove our Florida residents.

On our first day in the park we want to get there for rope drop. The night before is there anywhere we can go outside the park (So we don't have to pay for parking) to exchange this card for our tickets? Maybe Disney Springs? That way we'll have our tickets and can go straight into the park into the morning.

Thanks!

Guest Relations at Disney Springs can activate your FL Resident tickets. All adults (ages 18+) will need to show proof of FL Residency.

Disney springs have a guest relations were you can do the exchange, I personally have done this in the past I get to the park around 7:30 am for rope drop and all parks have a Guest relations window were you can activate your pases and still make it on time for rope drop, GR opens one hour before the park

DS was great to do this at night before but note that at times there can be wait (just like at the park) so I suggest if you're doing it there, give yourself a little time just in case you have other plans in the evening.
