No, in order to redeem FL resident tickets you have to provide proof of residency in the form of a state issued photo ID, bank statement, utility bill, etc. This must be provided for each FL resident ticket being redeemed.

That was specifically a companion ticket, and the restriction was that the guest was accompanied by an AP holder. The restriction for a FL resident ticket or pass is that the purchaser is a FL resident. How is that the same?
