FLorida resident ticket discount question

Im a Florida resident and have my family coming to town to visit. I saw Disney has the Florida resident 3 day ticket deal going on.

Would I be able to purchase those tickets for my out of state family to use?

No, in order to redeem FL resident tickets you have to provide proof of residency in the form of a state issued photo ID, bank statement, utility bill, etc. This must be provided for each FL resident ticket being redeemed.

Well they just recently had the Annual Pass deal where you could buy tickets for others... Not sure I see major difference between the two.

Somebody here several months back said you could buy resident tickets for grandchildren, and possibly young nieces or nephews.
I'm not sure if that's true, and totally not sure if that applies here.

That was specifically a companion ticket, and the restriction was that the guest was accompanied by an AP holder. The restriction for a FL resident ticket or pass is that the purchaser is a FL resident. How is that the same?

That ticket had major limitations and was available during a relatively slow time. What you are suggesting would be a free for all.
