Florida Resident Rates question?

Anyone know what weeks were and were not included for this past March? We are scheduled for next March and actually have 2 reservations, one through Sam's and one at AAA (long story). If the FL resident rate comes into Play, AAA is the best deal by far, if not, Sam's wins out. I am prepared to take both up to about the cancellation date but would like to get some idea what to expect. TIA.

I'm not sure which weeks were in March were offered as Florida Resident weeks but I do know that DCL usually announces Florida Resident Rates about 1.5 to 2 months in advance.
