Florida resident AP?

Can you buy a Florida resident AP if you own at one of their resorts? OKW, BCV, BWV or VB? You own a piece of property in Florida. I do not know what qualifies. Thanks for your help. Tod.

No, DVC owners do not qualify simply because they own a timeshare (and Disney documentation provided at time of sale states that). You must be a resident of Florida to qualify for Florida resident passes. To prove such status you need either a Florida driver's license or other documentary proof to show you actually live in Florida.

No it doesn't qualify you to get FL Res. AP's, you need a drivers license or something similar.

Disney has specifically excluded DVC ownership as a qualifier for Florida resident discounts. Language to this effect is contained somewhere in the documents you receive/sign at purchase.
