Florida Resident AP Resort Question! (Not too long!)

Hi all!

My sister's family (sister, her DH and DD) and mine (myself, DH and DD) have been planning a trip to Disney. We were going to go at the end of February, but due to some budgeting problems had to cancel plans.

Now we are planning to go in the fall. End of September or sometime in October. We are planning to stay onsite and wanted to go moderate (Yippee!). I have just found out from my DH that we will definately be moving back to Florida at the end of the summer (we moved to GA last year to help take care of his Dad after having just moving to Florida - lived there for only 7 months).

So my questions are:

1. Can I reserve more than one room at a resort, especially if the 2nd is for my sisters family.

2. Also, if I get the Dining card can it be used for the whole table if we take her family out to eat once or twice during our stay?

OK, here is the answer.... yes, you can book more than one room with the AP pass, however both rooms have to be in the Florida Resident's name. Your sister,etc would be staying as your guests, so get the economics for the room figured out before you get to the front desk. For you to have an AP pass, and therefore the room, you will have to have one of the following proving that you are indeed a Florida resident: Valid Fl DL, Valid FL state issued ID, Valid Florida Voters Registration card, Valid Florida College ID w/ picture, military papers stating that you are currently stationed in Florida w/ a Valid Military ID... these are now the only proof of residency that is accepted.

With the Disney Dining Experience Card, you may get the discount for your entire party up to 10 people.

We are moving at the end of August so I will have replaced my GA drivers license with a FL drivers license by the time we take our trip.
