Florida People: Where do you live?

Or more precisely, what section of the state? I'm too far from the Gulf coast to be a west coast person so I put central Florida.

I'm in Hialeah which is a suburb of Miami.

I live in North Florida about 30 minutes from Gainsville.
under 2.5 hrs from Disney.
Close enough we spend day trips in WDW

Clermont, 30 minutes drive to AK, longer for other parks, but like it that way--we don't have to deal with tourists much out this way, and traffic is quite bearable.

I had to put "other." I live on The First Coast, which is the Northeast corner of the state. So yes, I do live on the Atlantic Coast, but not anywhere near Daytona, say. And yes, it is Northern Florida, but still as far a drive to Tallahassee as Orlando.

We're 57 miles from WDW and since we've just moved here I can't say exactly how long it takes to get there, but my guess is an hour or so. I hope to have that exact answer very soon.

I voted "north", although I tell people "north central". About 1-1/2 hrs. to WDW.
