I was wondering how you did your GAC when you live nearby Disney and go all the time? We're planning a two month trip to Orlando next summer and a huge part of that is going to be AP tickets to the park. :cheer2: This last time they gave us a GAC for 7 days while we were there, how do they do it for Florida residents? Do we need to get a new one every week? Can we get just one for the two months and laminate it (I know it will get destroyed otherwise, the one we had this last time barely made it, just one more ride on Splash Mountain and it would have been toast).

Thanks so much!!

Christy

We get one for 3 months at a time (most allowed) and we do laminate it, even then it sometimes will not make it to the exp date!!!
Just let them know how long you are going to be in town.

yup it's 3 mos at a time and I keep mine in a small plastic pouch I bought that was recommended here for GAC's

I just go to guest services and get mine renewed- I show them the old one tell them nothing has changed- I still fall down stairs:lmao:
the only place I ever use it is at HS and AK for FOTLK-

I figured there was a way to do it. I was afraid I would have to re-do it all the time.

I'm getting more and more excited about this trip!

As your trip goes on, you might realize you don't need it as much.

When we first went to disney, we'd try to get on our favorite rides, wait in horrible long lines. Spend every hour possible.
Now it's the complete opposite. Go in a bit later, wait in only the shorter lines. Get to our favorite spots for parades and fireworks early. Have a snack. Two months is a ton of time to experience everything, and you might get the hang of how the crowds move... like don't go on Spaceship earth any time before noon, because after noon, you can walk right on. And we never worry about what we don't get on, because we can do it the next time.

I think you'll spend your first week in a rush to get on everything, and your last week wanting to get on everything since you won't be back for a while.

Our biggest thing is keeping DS in his stroller for the wait. I think that's the only GAC thing we need.
