Florida Car Seat Laws

Hi

It will be 2 years in July since we last went and our daughter didn't need a car seat in the hire car (even though we took a booster cushion for her) What are the car seat laws now? Am hoping to maybe take our own or buy more boosters over there as they were so cheap last time.
