I recently purchased a property in Orlando. Currently going through major demolition and renovation so not living there for a while.

But my current AP will expire in a few months and plan to get a Florida resident AP. Can you tell me what identification I need to provide to MS to get a Florida AP?

And when you switch over to the FL Resident AP, you are eligible for the monthly payment plan.

I'll pay yearly. I would never remember to pay every month.

As my best man from my wedding says (who lives in Orlando and reminds me all the time how enjoyable his life is), bills are just an inconvenience in between margaritas.

We got the FL AP last February. We went to a ticket booth at Epcot and showed a utility bill and the homeowners insurance bill that had my name and my wife's on it. Plus picture ID to prove that was us.

The monthly payment option is great -- they automatically charge the credit card BUT .... that credit card needs to have a Florida billing address. I just changed one of my cards to have a FL billing address and go paperless, so nothing is mailed anyway.

Just renewed it last week, went from the "silver" pass to the "pixie dust" pass. The renewal was on-line, had to check a box that stated you were a FL "resident" over the age of 18. Price was $30/month per pass. It has weekends blocked out as well as Easter, Christmas and a few other days. No big deal -- weekends are too crowded anyway.
