Floral/Planning session help plz...

We go for our planning session the middle of next month. I still haven't bought my dress so I am unsure of my floral.

When do you have to know your floral? Our wedding is the end of April.

I have it down to 4 dresses... I have my eye on a certain dress but have to get it off ebay. I only want to pay a set price so if I cannot get it for that price I will go with dress #2 or 3 or 4....LOL It all comes down to prices.

So I am just gonna plan floral for each dress but want to hold off on setting it in stone until I have the dress....KWIM

You have lots of time!! I went over with everything with rosie, but she said that they don't order until about 1 week before. (b/c I might have some last minute guests) If you go over the basics of what you want then you can start getting an idea of prices, ideas, etc. But don't have to set anything in stone for sometime.

Your deadline for making floral changes is 15 days before the wedding. But I can see how it would be nice to set your choices while you're in Florida meeting face to face.

However, if it makes you feel any better, we changed our altar pieces months after our planning session and got exactly the look we wanted by emailing our floral coordinator photos and sketches.

Thanks! That is a relief. I seriously had a nervous breakdown last wed and went into a bridal shop all gung ho to find a dress. I did find a dress but it isnt the one. It's great to know I have time!
