Floral Decoration at SBP

Hi, can anyone help me please?

I saw a picture on here (can't for the life of me find it now) of a 3-point chiffon 'swags and tails' at SBP and it looked lovely. I've checked on the Wish Book and it seems really expensive. Has anyone had SBP decorated? Has anyone used an outside florist for this?

Also (sorry for all the questions) can anyone give me an idea of the price?
