Floral BEO?!

Hi everyone!

I have seen that some brides have had a while to wait for their floral BEO...but what is the normal time range? I have been waiting a month.

I'd like to see my estimate so that I can add more floral!!

I think that Rosie does not like me.

It's true!

She quoted me a price for an aisle runner set up, and I saw that brides here on the disboards were quoted half the price. I kindly and gently asked her about it, and she wrote back , "I'll honor that price." The end.

I think she hates me.

I have sent her emails...and I never hear back. After waiting more than a week on the last one I emailed my wedding planner and heard back same day and got answers. I don't get it.

I called and emailed Rosie again...but alas...am waiting.

It's totally understandable that she is busy...but I've been waiting a whole month and I'd just like an "estimate". Just an idea. An inkling. Something!

I know I can't say with certainty but I don't think she hates you. Do you cc all your emails to her assistant? I have also had trouble and they said she had trouble with her computer. Regardless, once this was cleared up I heard from her quickly. I did wait several weeks at first. I also know she was recently out for at least a week.

Oh, and I just got my estimate maybe a week or two ago and my wedding is in two weeks. Granted I was very late in having a phone call with her too.

It took me a couple of months after my PS to get the estimate. We revised a few things and didn't get the next one back until about a month before the wedding. Don't worry! I used to be concerned about that stuff too, but then I started my own business and I completely understand how long it can take to answer emails and do paperwork now! She doesn't hate you, there's just other brides in front of you (some of which are probably crazy obsessive and take up tons of time).

I heard back from her via email! *yay*

She let me know that I can have a phone consult with her on June 17th (I week and 2 days) and she will give me my BEO estimate.

My guess is that she is very busy - I got a response to an e-mail this week and it was sent at 12.30 in the morning I know we are all anxious. I would recomend calling and leaving a message when having a specific issue for example - to see if have the budget to add more or are worried about the cost etc. Rosie and I were having e-mail problems so I left her a message and we managed to work it out.

I know at my job I can get 100 e-mails a day then with Rosie she is out working weddings setting up flowers etc it can take a while to catch up with mail.

It took me two months to get my Floral BEO from Laura... I don't think you're hated! You'll be amazed at how quickly you'll get a response from them as it gets closer to your wedding!
