Floral BEO From Non-Dis Florist

I got a few msgs from brides who are wondering what a non-Disney florist BEO looks like, so I figure I'd post to help out... these are from Lee Forrest. He was absolutely amazing -- so fun to work with!


CEREMONY

BRIDE: Hand-tied bouquet of all roses—pale pink and ivory only—Anna and Virginia roses—large, round and compact in design--wrap natural stems in an ivory fabric sleeve (not ribbon)—also incorporate small round crystals interspersed subtly throughout the flowers—no greenery

3 BRIDESMAIDS: Smaller hand-tied bouquets of roses in dark pink and pale pink—Hot Princess, Sweet Akito and Anna roses—wrap stems in dark pink ribbon

GROOM: Pale pink rose boutonniere accented with NO greenery and detailed with ivory ribbon

3 GROOMSMEN, 2 FATHERS: Dark pink rose boutonniere, accented with NO greenery and dark pink ribbon detailing

2 MOTHERS, 1 GRANDMOTHER: Wrist corsages of pale pink and dark pink tea roses, ribbon, minimal greenery (will need to use some on wrist corsages for aesthetic and practical purposes, but will keep greenery to a minimum)

8 AISLE ARRANGEMENTS: Romantic and more compact arrangements of all light pink roses—Anna and Sophie varieties—and light pink hydrangea--as little or as minimal greenery as possible—will be displayed on short pedestals for ceremony since we are outside in wind (pedestals are rental items and are priced separately below)—to be transported by LFD and used again at reception as guest table centerpieces on top of tall crystal trumpet vases which are included in the pricing below-- flowers will be fluffed in between ceremony and reception and more will be added as necessary--also Swarovski crystal draping will be added when they are transferred to the guest tables and also three small silver julep cups filled with light pink roses and hydrangea will surround each centerpiece—cracked ice stones/diamonds scattered on table—rental items are the ceremony pedestals, tall crystal vases, all crystal ropes and cracked ice stones—everything else may be taken home by client and guests
8 large flower arrangements ($225 each) and 24 julep cup arrangements ($20 each)

CHUPPAH FABRIC: Layers of light pink and ivory fabric draped on central portion of arbor to create a rich, textural “chuppah”—fabric is rented

AISLE FABRIC: Light pink fabric swagged down aisle on each side and attached to chairs behind each pedestal, not attached directly to the pedestals (so that if the wind catches the fabric, it does not topple the pedestals and create a catastrophic domino effect—yikes!)—fabric is rented--$100 per side

RECEPTION

8 GUEST TABLES: Aisle arrangements will be transferred to tall crystal vases for use on guest tables as centerpieces—(vases are rental and are already included in the pricing in the ceremony section)

INCORPORATE CRYSTAL ROPING INTO CENTERPIECES: Drape Swarovski crystal ropes under flowers to catch the light—ropes are rental items (**please do not let guests take them as part of the flowers—they are quite expensive!!**)—also three small julep cups at base of centerpieces are priced together with the centerpieces in ceremony section of this proposal—these small arrangements may be taken home by client and guests

Your floral was gorgeous! Lol, I love the "catastrophic domino effect". We're using Lee too and he has really been a delight to work with. I'm so excited to meet him when I go for my planning session!
