Floor request at AKLK?

Is Member Services where I make a request for a certain floor or should I call the resort directly? I have never made this kind of request before. TIA

Those need to be noted on the reservation by MS.

You can't call the resort directly. The published number for the resort is answered by an off-site call center. This also applies to the front desk button on the in-room telephone.
