I hope you wonderful people can help me figure this out.
Our basement flooded a few weeks ago and we lost alot of stuff.
Our insurance doesn't cover anything but that what is attached, like carpeting ect, but they will reimburse us for the hours we spent cleaning. Let me tell you, we have spent a ton of time down there. Yet I'm worried I may submit too many hours that might be denied, but I don't want to submit too few, either. I didn't want to ask the agent because I don't want him to think we'd be only be submitting the hours because we could! Hope that makes sense??
We've been with them almost 20 years and this is our first claim.
Can anyone help me sort through this mess, the mess of filing the claim, not the actual mess in the basement
Like approx. how many hours they cover ect?
