Flood of restaurants with asian flare

Ok I admit that I love all the new asian style places but would it kill WDW to make a nice good old fashion Italian style pizza place with veal cutlet subs, eggplant subs, meatball parms, sausage parms, calzones, REAL pizza, Italian hoagies/subs, good cheesesteaks, etc etc???

OOOOOOhhhhhhhhh! Yes - that' be nice. Growing up outside of Boston, I've become a pizza snob. It would be nice to be able to actually "grab a slice" and have it be the real thing. I can see it now . . .

I just took DD to a concert at the Palladium in Worcester, MA. We stopped at this little hole-in-the-wall pizza place to "grab a slice" before the show and I almost started crying! Such perfect non-pre-fab pizza.

I grew up in Saugus! 17 years there and 18 years in Florida, I still miss Papa Ginos or any of the hole in the wall pizza joints!

When your visiting AK you are visiting Asian and African Countries so more Asian and African type food. Lots of rice and vegetables.

When your visiting The Poly it's island food, which is asian type food.

When you think about the park your visiting, you need to think about what type of food Disney offers.

MK and MGM are the 2 parks with American type food.

MK Lots of burgers, dogs, fries, fast pizza, totally American.

MGM American food with a California twist.

Epcot Future world American type food, World Showcase just what it says food from around the world.

I'm in Marblehead now, and no good places here, but I can just drive to Lynn, or Salem for my pizza fix!

And Mamu - I agree with you about having the asian food represent the area of the park, or a certain pavilion. That's what I'm talking about! So why can't they pick a different theme for the Contemporary resort.

Anyway - just dreamin'! I understand there are plenty of places I can go - as a Disney guest - to get the food I feel like eating.
