Floam?

DS 4 really wants this and I really don't want him to have it, LOL. It looks like something that would be bad for our house - with cats, a 2 year old and lots of carpet.

I'm using the floam commercials to teach him about advertising, though.

Maybe if you all love it (8 weeks from now) I'll get it for him for valentines day.

I got some from Wal-Green's today and I just love it!!

I just bought one tub - 6.00 and the tub isn't that big. But I love the feel of it, the way it squishes!!! I hate to pay so much for it - but I think I am going to have to get it for the DDs for Christmas. I think I will order it from the website or TV.

They have been asking (read begging) for it and the bake and fill pans after seeing the commericals.

When I saw the stuff in the store I thought I would buy just one small tub and check it out without the girls knowing - I love it.

Now I haven't tried to dry it or rub it in my carpet to see what happens. But it wasn't too messy on the table - no more than playdough. What I loved the most about it was how cool it felt.

why would you mail order if you can get it at Walgreens.Is it cheaper online?

Probably about the same 6.00 something and tax here - 19.00 for 4 and shipping there - but there was only pink, yellow and green in my store

Ok guys, I am becoming the Floam expert here. My dd wants floam for x-mas. I hear that shippment is about 8 weeks out from the manufacture. I have called the stores (as seen on tv) in our local malls and they are waitting as well. Ebay is selling it for crazy money ($40 - $60 dollars for 3 to 4 tubs). As you all posted I am going to check Walgreens and Target. I will update if I find them. Ahh, the power of advertising. May have to PM fellow diser to buy some of her over order if I cant find it. Wish me luck!

OMGosh - that is nuts -- but I must say I am tempted to run back to Wal-Greens as fast as I can and buy it all!! But the guilt would kill me.
