We have our flights booked with BA, 24th Sept - 11th Oct.
I now have to start looking for our hotels and would like some advice on where you all get your best rates please.

We will be moving hotels four times.
We fancy Floridays first and one of the Downtown Disney area hotels second. Following that we'll be on a cruise for a week and would then like to come back to Floridays for a couple of days before finishing off at one of the Universal (onsite) hotels.

Thanks in advance :)

Is there a reason why you are looking to move hotel so often? That is a lot of moves - by my reckoning, at least four in 17 nights. We nearly always move once in a 2-week holiday and, to be honest, find that a bit of a pain at times. With check-in/out times you are probably wasting a lot of money paying for rooms that you can't actually be in for a lot of the time.

I can understand wanting to try different resorts but, if that's the case, why not start out with a DTD resort, then cruise, then Floridays and, if necessary, Universal last (although, if you are staying at a Universal on-site hotel purely for FOTL, it is probably not altogether necessary at the time of year you are travelling).

In terms of best rates, try Expedia or Octopus.

We stayed at floridays this october - got a great rate with thomas cook online - they seem to have offers/sales from time to time.

Asst Manager told us it was being refurbed from Jan 2012 starting with block A.
