Flight through Disney?

Has anyone ever booked their flight through Disney? I checked through Expedia and actually the flight and resort together is a little cheaper through Disney. Are there any problems in doing this?

I booked through Disney with USAir for our upcoming trip. The price was exactly the same as offered through USAir. We booked so close to the trip we just paid in full. My only concern would be are the seats guarenteed if you only pay a deposit. Maybe someone knows the answer.

My biggest complant with it is that you lose control of the flights. After specifically telling my former TA that I did not want to book flights through Disney, she did so without telling me. hence, I was not informed of the--invariable--flight changes, got re-booked on a flight not to my liking when others that I would have liked better were available, had a problem reserving/paying for seats, and other issues. if you are flexible about times, connections, layovers, etc., then go thru Disney to save money. Just be aware of the pros and cons.

Yes, we always booked through Disney. You really saved money because it's cheaper and if made some changes, it's easy to deal with Disney.

We just booked our airfare through Disney yesterday with airtran. The flight prices were exactly the same as if I were to book through airtran. The advantage was that everything was paid for at once and ME was taken care of immediately. I found it to be very convenient.

I booked my parents flights through Disney one time, because they were able to beat the price with Airtran. My parents live in Dallas, so maybe there was a deal from that particular airport.
I have NEVER been able to book my flights through Disney because they are always more than what I can get it for. (I live in Colorado)
I always ask for a price quote, just in case.
