Flight gets in late, AK PM EMH or something else?

Our flight arrives on a Friday evening at 9pm. We are renting a car so no wait on Magical Express etc. Plan is to go straight to AK for EMH (we have completed resort online check in for our stay at Yacht Club). If you have been to these is it worth it? Would it be better to save for a night we can arrive earlier and do something else instead (Jellyrolls, one of the bars, Boardwalk?) We are only going for 4 days so thought we would try and wait out FoP this evening to make sure we get it in. We have been to Disney several times but this is our first adults only trip and have no idea what the options are for night life. I do not think we are interested in Disney Springs at all.

I think the seeing Pandora is a must, day and night. There is a different feel at night. In some cases the plants literally pulse. It is better to see Pandora later at night. At 9:00 PM there is still enough light to diminish the effect. As a bonus the Awakening on Discovery Island is really entertaining.

Are you using an annual pass, or using a standard park ticket? I personally would not use a park ticket for 2-3 hours of touring. But, if your schedule does not allow for you to use that ticket for another day or make it to Animal Kingdom any other time, then Pandora would be the most logical place to take that approach right now.

4 days will fly by pretty quickly, might as well hit a park since evening EMH is available. The only question I'd have is if you're planning anything early for the following day. But this might be one of those "We'll sleep on the plane going home" situations.
