Flight Cost Tracker Website??

A year or two ago I was introduced to a website on here from some helpful Disers that showed average flight costs ((from searched city to city)) and whether trends for flight costs were going up or down. Does anybody remember/know what the website was. I tried to search on the web but I may be not putting the right search requests in as I cannot find what I am looking for.
