Flight Centre WDW Tickets

Has anyone else bought tickets via Flight Centre? I did as they process the payment in CAD and were able to offer the CAD Resident ticket offer but now they can't get me the WDW ticket numbers to link them to MDE.

I actually had this same problem 2 years ago but i was able to call Disney and get the ticket numbers then. I called and spoke with an agent before buying and was assured it wouldn't be a problem this time. Of course now it is a problem and the agent is saying their suppliers don't get the ticket numbers until 30 days out from your trip which is obviously ridiculous as I didn't book anything other than tickets through Flight Centre and could have given them any dates.

Finally got my ticket numbers after pushing for them for three weeks and posting about my negative experience on social media. They made an "exception" for me and gave me my ticket numbers "early" (more than 30 days before the dates I told them I was going to wdw)

Two years ago I was able to call Disney on my own and they could find my ticket purchase as it was made in my name. Now it seems they are buying tickets in bulk and not associating them with individual client names so Disney can no longer look up your ticket numbers for you (this was confirmed by a friend who is a cm and looked into it in their systems for me)

So in future I will not be buying any travel products from Flight Centre and I encourage all of you to think twice before using them as well.
