My flight was canceled and I want to see where I could stay on property for the night. Front desk said to call reservations from my phone but waits are two hours. Is there anyone on property to talk to or I can go to? Thanks

Call Dreams Unlimited or any other WDW travel agent and ask them to search for a room for you. Good luck.

Did you go to the front desk? Or call the front desk from your room? If the latter -- walk down to the front desk and speak with someone in person. I would also check online because that's the availability barring any pixie-dust they may be able to work for you at the desk.

Unless you’re dead set on staying on property I’d just stay at Wyndham by Disney Springs for a night. It’s cheap, clean, and you can walk to Springs in 5 minutes.

Yes, poly is currently open on the DVC side only which complicates booking there now as Disney is limited under time share law what rooms it can sell on a cash basis (as opposed to bookings by owners using their points).
Since is just one night it may be worth considering something offsite you can easily uber to—Swan/Dolphin, four seasons etc. good luck!

Had a quick look for you and dolphin and swan are both available for tonight. From $234 plus tax and resort rate.

There are rooms on the Disney website. It's easy to book on a smart phone. A few clicks and done.
