I tried doing a search and came up empty. We booked our flight on Airtran through DW because it was cheaper. Now with the increasing number of hurricanes/tropical depressions, I have a question. If we need to alter our flight due to a storm, do we call Airtran directly or would we have to go through DW? I know that when I booked through DW they told me that the flights were not booked at the time I was calling them, but would be booked within a couple of days. If I need to go through DW, we will not be able to wait a couple of days to change flight times/dates. Just curious if others have experienced this and what you did.

Only 12 days!!!!!!!

Thanks!

I don't know who DW is, but if you booked through them, you have an agreement with them, you make changes through them.

Work books me through various travel sites, it usually works out OK, when I book I use Kayak to find the deals, then book with the carrier, never any question who you are dealing with :). Safe travels and enjoy your trip.

Ed J, thanks for the information. I should have put Disney World instead of DW--sorry for the confusion. When checking online we were able to get flights cheaper through Disney World than if we bought them through Airtran directly, so we went that route. I believe I am just going to keep a close eye on the weather and if it looks like the possibility is there for a weather-related cancellation, I will call Disney a couple of days ahead and see what they recommend doing. I believe I am just having those last-minute fears of something going wrong!

Thanks!
