I had 31 flex points left as of this morning and my bank resets on Thursday. I went to a mexican food lunch with my friend and had my favorite, an enchilada with rice and beans. I came home and added up my totals and I had used 14 of my flex points. I feel so GUILTY about it, like I shouldn't have done it and I just blew my week, even though I know that is what they are there for!
Anyone else ever have flex point guilt when using a big chunk like that?

You have to remember that your target is lower than what your 'old range' would have been. Molli is right ... your body needs for you to be eating your points. And I think sometimes saving them up and using a bunch all at once gives your metabolism a little "shake up" that it needs every once in a while. I know that I try to vary my points throughout the week 'cause I don't want my body to get used to only getting the equiv of 22 points a day, every day
