Does anyone know, once you have completed the initial 12 mo term, can you cancel at any time? My son used his for one day last month, but our renewal date was October so the time since then has more than paid for the ticket he used that day. I don't see him using it again before October and I would rather we get Fl Res APs the next time we go.

Anyone know?

I'm almost sure if you cancel, you would have to pay the full price (you said you've already done the first 12 months, so it would be renewal rate of $99 i assume) .. but .. there isnt really a FL res AP, since we don't get any extra discounts on APs, unless theres one I missed? You could cancel your monthly payment one, I know, once the 12 mo is up, and renew it at $99.

We cancelled ours after 13 months. Once your 12 month obligation is up, you are on a month to month contract. You can cancel anytime, although you do have to do it in writing.

Here is the second paragraph of the Terms and Conditions of the Flex Pay option:

I agree that the Passes will have an initial term of twelve (12) months and will be automatically renewed after the first twelve-month term, on a month-to-month basis until I cancel them. I may cancel my renewed Passes at any time after the first twelve-month term has expired. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the UO Annual Pass Department, 1000 Universal Studios Plaza, Orlando, FL 32819.

Hmm, so could you cancel on say the 13th month .. then renew at the $99 renewal price? Wheres Phamton? LOL

Yes, that is correct. Pay the $99 renewal rate. It is cheaper than buying a Power Pass (there is no FL resident pass.) You can cancel anytime after the 12 month contract. It has to be in writing though.

When you cancel and pay the $99 renewel rate, does this change your renewal date or is it still the same first date?

It depends on if you cancel at the end of the 12 months. In that case it would stay the same. If you cancel say on the 14th month, your pass will expire two months later than the original expiration.
