Flex offer, no discount?

I called to book a week with code DGL in Dec. The CM said I had a flex offer on the sceen for CRS that would give me an additional discount on top of the DGL code. When he pulled up the price it was the same as the DGL code. The CM said that it should have had an additional discount because oF the color of the offer on his screen. Has this ever happened to you? I'm glad to have the room with the DGL code, but there for a minute I thought that I had won the Disney lottery.

The CM is an idiot. You cant combine offers. The flex offer or the DGL code, not both.
