flax seeds ? where do you get them in bulk?

Anyone know where to get about 10-20lbs of flax seeds, maybe more at a decent price.

I was going to make some of those microwaveable heating packs with flax seeds in them. However a quick trip to the local big box store, they want like $4 for around a pound and that adds up if I'm going to make the heating pads.

any web site option would work too.

Do flax seeds work in these? I assumed from the oils inside them that they would 'cook' - we have used feed corn (cheap cheap and smells like popcorn when heated) or rice in the past.

kohls has the long heating wrap, when they are on sale and you have a 20-30% coupon you can buy them for $5-$6 each. I stock up on them. they smell like lavender. i had one get a hole in it and it was rice inside.

I've used rice to make my own microwavable heating pads before.

A coworker gave me a rice filled bag (actually a cute frog she sewed) for Christmas. It works wonderfully. I have since made a couple of rice filled flannel bags for DS and DD.
