Dobie muffins are my favorite! I experiment with the recipe, using different flavors - my favorite so far is almond & vanilla extracts. Strawberry extract is very good too! If you double the recipe, you can bake it in a loaf pan instead of making muffins! Of course, you have to increase the baking time - I think it's about an hour.
