Flat Belly Diet?

Any one trying the FBD? I started yesterday and I am looking to start a thread. If there is one already please point me to it!!!

I bought the book at Barnes & Noble the other day and actually started the diet yesterday..so far...so good....there is a 4 day Jump Start diet and then the actual diet.

The diet is basically using good fats to fight the bad fats which in turn is supposed to reduce belly fat.

I usually spend all my time on the cruise forum but thought this was the more appropriate area of the board to discuss!!!

Thank you very much....it seems doable but then again I am full of motivation at the moment.....!

I know it was discussed on Rachel Ray show recently, but I missed it. I like the fact that is backed by Prevention Magazine.

I know someone who ended up getting viticularitis (but I'm not spelling it right) - I'll try to find the right spelling and give you more info when I get to work.

Basically the diet really didn't offer enough fiber (I guess high fibe causes stomach bloat) so the foods were not as high fiber.

Whateve she had is where you get little holes or something in your colon? something like that.

Thanks for the heads up.....I have been making some modifications to make sure I get enough fiber.....but the diet seems easy to work with. I honestly do care that much about the flat belly part... I like most of the food choices, the daily calorie cap and the flexibility of it.

I lost 5 lbs. since Tuesday.

5lbs is awesome. I agree- its all about finding something that works for you and eating wholesome healthy clean foods. I do the eat clean diet pretty much the same as how I've tried to eat after getting healthier. Its basically just healthy whole foods -keeping away from the artificial processed junk.
